to know that you are not alone; we are here to support and encourage you. You are
invited to our Mental Health Workshop on Saturday, February 29 at 9am in H100.
Through this workshop, the complexity of understanding mental health for everyday
living will be simplified. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social
well-being, and has a big impact on our spiritual lives. It affects how we think, feel and
act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make choices.
Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood through adulthood.
